Job Summary
Evaluate a patient's condition, develop a treatment plan, and instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs to help patients improve day by day. Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements while communicating progress and problems to supervisors and team members. Assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records, and maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and clean condition. Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Open to new grads
