Physical Therapist (PT), Acute Rehabilitation

Assume responsibility for patient care under Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy techs, including orienting staff and acting as supervisor during absences. Assess patient needs, initiate interventions, and evaluate treatment effects against short and long-term goals. Perform accurate assessments and reassessments for adult and geriatric patients, conducting timely QI scoring. Make appropriate physician contacts to address pain interfering with function and recommend intervention changes. Requires current licensure, BLS/CPR certification, and inpatient rehab experience preferred. Full-time role at Saint Mary Medical Center with comprehensive benefits and tuition assistance.
