Job Summary
Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs to support daily recovery. Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisors and team members, assist with scheduling, and post charges to records. Document care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements while maintaining equipment and work areas in a safe, clean condition. Handle responsibilities according to the Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws. Join a 200+ bed hospital's ARU unit as part of Lifepoint Health's network, where you'll contribute to a mission of making communities healthier.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
