Job Summary
Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs. Document patient care according to regulatory and licensing requirements while communicating progress to the supervisor. Assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily, maintaining equipment and work areas in a safe, clean condition. Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and applicable state/federal laws. Full-time schedule with a $20,000 commitment bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
