Job Summary
Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs to help individuals regain independence after acute injuries, impairments, or illnesses. Communicate patient progress and problems to supervisors, assist with scheduling, and document care in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements. Maintain equipment and work areas in safe, clean conditions while adhering to professional standards and laws. Full-time position with a $20,000 commitment incentive bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
