Physical Therapist PT - Acute / Inpatient Rehab PRN

Conduct physical therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment, discharge planning, and documentation across MedStar Health Baltimore Hospitals. Perform evaluations by reviewing historical data, assessing patients, and explaining findings to families while incorporating them into goal setting. Implement treatment protocols based on patient presentations and consult with healthcare professionals to modify plans of care as conditions change. Manage accurate schedules, meet productivity expectations, and provide frictionless patient access through flexibility and empathy. Complete appropriate discharge planning and follow-up care while accurately documenting and charging for patient activities. Serve as a clinical instructor to assign students and assist with orientation and mentoring of new staff, students, volunteers, and technicians. Weekend coverage required.
