Physical Therapist PT - Acute / Inpatient Rehab PRN

Conduct physical therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment, discharge planning, and documentation across MedStar Health Baltimore Hospitals. Provide evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients and families while incorporating them into goal setting. Implement treatment protocols based on patient presentations and consult with healthcare professionals as needed. Manage accurate schedules, meet productivity expectations, and demonstrate flexibility for weekend coverage. Complete discharge planning and follow-up care while accurately documenting and charging for patient activities. Serve as a clinical instructor for students and assist with orientation and mentoring of new staff.
