Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) Acute Care PRN at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus. Provides evaluations and treatment for patients based on diagnosis and status, selecting appropriate treatment methods and formulating plans. Performs re-evaluations per department guidelines, documents evaluations and discharge summaries, and communicates effectively with patients, families, medical staff, care team, students, and external contacts. Requires Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and a Physical Therapist license (VA license or compact privileges) plus BLS certification; preferred 1 year of PT experience. This role includes two weekend shifts per month and opportunities for additional shifts. Inova is a Level 1 trauma center and transplant center.
