Physical Therapist PT - Acute Care

Conduct physical therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment, discharge planning, and documentation. Explain evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients and families while incorporating them into goal setting. Demonstrate proficiency in implementing treatment protocols based on evaluation findings and consult with healthcare professionals as needed. Manage an accurate schedule, meet productivity expectations, and accurately document patient care activities including initial evaluations, daily notes, progress summaries, and discharge evaluations. Provide clinical instruction to students and assist with orientation and mentoring of new staff, students, volunteers, and technicians.
