Job Summary
Provide skilled PT-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. Based in a dedicated therapy gym within a SNF setting. Requires graduation from an accredited PT program and an active Florida PT license (or license-eligible); SNF or post-acute experience preferred; knowledge of Net Health is a plus.
