Job Summary
Provide skilled PT-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. Work inside the dedicated therapy gym to help residents regain function and independence through compassionate care. Maintain realistic caseloads and utilize state-of-the-art rehab equipment within modern facilities.
