Job Summary
Provide skilled PT-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. Maintain realistic caseloads within modern facilities equipped with state-of-the-art gyms and advanced rehab equipment. All services are delivered exclusively in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting for professionals licensed in Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible)
Desired Qualifications
- SNF or post-acute experience
