Provide pediatric physical therapy in home-based settings, partnering closely with families to support strength, mobility, and confidence using efficient, point-of-care documentation tools. Deliver meaningful movement and functional progress that changes a child's daily life while managing manageable caseloads. This role is designed around flexibility, minimizing excessive documentation and long drive times. Eligible candidates may qualify for a $5,000 sign-on bonus. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program and an active license in the state of practice are required.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Meets qualifications as established by APTA
- Active Physical Therapy License in State of Practice
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
