Evaluate residents' conditions and develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans, while relieving pain through exercises, hands-on therapy, and stretching. Assist residents with daily tasks, monitor performance, and supervise physical therapy assistants. Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements. Foster cooperative relationships among healthcare team members and adhere to current evidence-based practices consistent with American Physical Therapy Association standards.
