Job Summary
Collaborate with clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients achieve full recovery and a timely return to enjoyable activities under the integrated care model. Provide skilled rehabilitation services to residents of Signature HealthCARE nursing homes nationwide and individuals on an outpatient basis. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered and hold a Bachelor's of Science degree from an accredited program.
