Job Summary
Follow physical therapy treatment plans for patients; establish, assess, and modify realistic, measurable goals; oversee and evaluate care given by PTAs, Rehab Aides, and PT/PTA students; chart appropriately and timely; utilize therapy software; provide excellent customer service to patients; assist in patient evacuation; maintain regular attendance; collaborate on an interdisciplinary team; demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and compliance with Life Care policies; supports post-acute care standards and maintains confidentiality; role includes direct rehab care to patients under physician referral in accordance with laws and Life Care standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT)
- Currently registered/licensed in the applicable state with active license
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation (must remain current)
