Physical Therapist (PT) $10,000 Sign-on Bonus

Physical Therapist provides direct rehabilitation care per physician referral in a post-acute care setting, following Life Care standards. Role includes establishing and adjusting functional goals, supervising PTAs and aides, timely charting, and using therapy software. Requires collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, strong patient communication, and adherence to policies while promoting patient-centered care and client satisfaction. New grads are welcome; one year of experience preferred. Candidates should be licensed in the relevant state and hold a graduate degree in physical therapy (BSPT/MSPT/DPT) with CPR certification.
