Job Summary
Provide skilled PT-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within Solaris HealthCare Merritt Island, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care. Maintain realistic caseloads and utilize state-of-the-art rehab equipment to support residents' recovery goals.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- Active Florida PT license
- License-eligible status
