Physical Therapist

Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve function. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document outcomes. This role provides evidence-based rehabilitation services within the Healthcare & Medical Services department at PruittHealth.
