Job Summary
Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care, then deliver hands-on, patient-centered treatment and education. Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes, with specific access to aquatics and pool-based therapy to expand clinical skill sets. Work alongside two experienced Physical Therapists in a collaborative YMCA-based setting focused on mentorship and professional growth. This role includes structured support for continuing education, residency, and board certification through Evidence in Motion.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
