Job Summary
Provide therapeutic and holistic care for patients in the inpatient hospital division. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, reviewing patient information, revising treatment plans, and instructing patients and their families in therapeutic exercises. Additionally, delegate tasks and supervise physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation technicians. Candidates must have a current license to practice physical therapy in Indiana, a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, and a current CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapy specific to the State of Indiana
- Current CPR certification
