Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using therapeutic exercise and modalities for patients with injuries, nerve, joint, and bone diseases. Review patient assessments, communicate treatment processes, and revise plans as needed. Instruct patients and caregivers on discharge exercises while delegating tasks to physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation technicians. Complete documentation adhering to company policies and federal/state regulations. Consistent Monday through Friday schedule with guaranteed full-time hours and monthly bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist specific to the State of Indiana
- Associate's degree or higher as a Physical Therapist
- Current CPR certification
