Job Summary
Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans, providing hands-on therapy and meaningful patient education. Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and care teams while maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes. Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care. This full-time role offers structured onboarding with consistent mentorship, access to an industry-leading CEU program including paid national certifications, and student loan reimbursement. Specialty tracks exist in sports, hip, pelvic health, and hand therapy, with opportunities for internal mobility across 250+ locations in five states.
Required Qualifications
- Active (or in-progress) state PT license
- Strong clinical judgment
