Job Summary
Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans, providing hands-on therapy and meaningful patient education. Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and care teams while maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes. Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care. This role offers structured onboarding, mentorship, and paid national certifications within a network of 250+ clinics across five states. We support your growth through specialty tracks in sports, hip, pelvic health, and hand therapy, alongside student loan reimbursement and generous PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Active (or in-progress) state PT license
- Strong clinical judgment
- Clear communication skills
