Job Summary
Physical Therapist PRN providing evaluation and treatment for patients in Rehab hospital/LTAC with emphasis on initial and discharge evaluations, goal setting, treatment planning and documentation; educate patients, families and staff; collaborate with interdisciplinary team; mentor interns and participate in skills checks; must possess a PT license for GA or be eligible and hold BLS certification; flexible with hospital-based responsibilities and opportunities for professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Required
- GA PT license or eligible
- BLS certification from American Heart Association
- New Graduates are welcome.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Rehab, SNF, LTACH, Acute Preferred
