Job Summary
PRN Physical Therapist role providing evaluation and treatment for patients primarily in Rehab hospital and LTAC hospital settings, with daily documentation in the EMR, patient and family education, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include initial and discharge evaluations, developing and adjusting treatment plans to meet functional goals, providing therapy education, mentoring interns, and participating in skills checks and interdisciplinary activities; requires GA PT license or eligibility, BLS certification, and a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Required
- BLS certification from American Heart Association
- GA PT license or eligible
- New Graduates welcome
- Minimum 1 year experience in Rehab, SNF, LTACH, Acute Preferred
- Basic computer literacy
