Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PRN) providing evaluation and treatment in a rehab hospital/LTAC setting. Responsibilities include initial and discharge evaluations, treating to functional goals, developing and adjusting treatment plans, providing education to patients/families/staff, documenting in the EMR, contributing to interdisciplinary team discussions, mentoring interns, and participating in discipline-specific skills checks. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctoral preferred), BLS certification, and GA PT license or eligibility; experience in rehab settings is preferred and new graduates are welcome.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy preferred
- BLS certification from American Heart Association
- GA PT license or eligible
- New Graduates welcome
- Minimum 1 year experience in Rehab, SNF, LTACH, Acute preferred
- Basic computer literacy
