Job Summary
Physical Therapist PRN responsible for assessing patients, planning and implementing rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore function. Collaborates with physicians to establish treatment plans, goals, discharge plans, and provides ongoing patient/family education; maintains accurate documentation and adheres to ethical standards, infection prevention practices, and department guidelines. Requires Georgia Physical Therapist licensure and BLS; continuous professional development and teamwork to deliver high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- Physical Therapist license in the state of Georgia
- BLS - Basic Life Support
