Job Summary
Assess, plan, and organize rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength for patients with disease or injury. Collaborate with physicians to establish treatment programs, goals, and discharge plans, while implementing selected activities to progress patients toward objectives. Provide ongoing education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources, ensuring all documentation and session records comply with departmental guidelines. Adhere to ethical practices, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow infection prevention precautions. Requires a Master's degree in Physical Therapy, BLS certification, and minimum one year of experience in rehab, LTACH, acute care, or SNF. Full-time day shift in Georgia.
Required Qualifications

- PT - Physical Therapist
- BLS - Basic Life Support from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Minimum 1 year Rehab, LTACH, Acute Care, SNF
