Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PRN Weekends) independently evaluates and develops treatment strategies, applies and delegates therapies to address acute or prolonged physical dysfunction, and aims to restore functional independence. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, determining treatment strategies, and using exercise, physical and chemical agents, and other procedures to maximize functional abilities in activities of daily living. Requires current state PT licensure and BLS certification; inpatient rehabilitation experience is desired. Strong communication, organizational, time-management, analytical, and critical-thinking skills are essential. Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross (online certification not acceptable)
