Job Summary
Physical Therapist PRN weekends acute: Evaluates, plans, and administers therapeutic procedures in physical medicine and rehabilitation as prescribed by a referring physician. Develops individualized treatment plans, documents evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and billing information. Educates patients and families on treatment plans and post-treatment care. Collaborates with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of care. Maintains safety, compliance, and professional standards, and adapts to changes in patient needs. Weekend PRN opportunity in Longview, TX with on-site clinical responsibilities and responsibility for accurate documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required
- 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting required
- PT - Physical Therapist license in the state of employment required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire required
