Job Summary

Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results. Review physician referrals and medical records to determine required physical therapy treatment. Provide direct patient care by established protocols, document findings, and complete comprehensive plans of care with goals. Implement treatment programs including exercise and manual-based skills while communicating effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance companies. Ensure timely documentation of daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries. Manage patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapist program
  • Current Tennessee license or the ability to begin the licensing process promptly
  • CPR certification
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage the clinic effectively
  • A self-starter with a mindset for achieving growth and success
  • A passion for providing quality patient care with a positive and compassionate approach

Desired Qualifications

  • Desirable marketing experience to support the promotion of clinic services
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise, manual-based skills, and sports rehabilitation, is preferred
