Job Summary
Performs a range of Physical Therapy interventions including evaluation, planning, and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients. Interprets provider referrals and evaluates patients to identify functional limitations. Formulates treatment plans, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, and educates patients about their condition and treatment strategies. Collaborates with other healthcare professionals and attends departmental meetings. Requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience and a current license as a Physical Therapist in Oklahoma.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent degree for foreign graduates
- At least 1 year of experience
- Current license from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision as a Physical Therapist OR valid Physical Therapy Compact Privilege
Desired Qualifications
- Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association
