Job Summary
Evaluates patients, develops and implements treatment plans, provides direct therapy to patients (outpatient, inpatient, pediatric, and geriatric), and documents progress in the EMR. Coordinates care with supervisors and staff, ensures adherence to standards of practice, maintains productivity and compliance, and may supervise physical therapy assistants. Requires licensure as a Physical Therapist in the practice state; BLS is required within the specified timeline. PRN/part-time schedule with duties across multiple care settings.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of current practice (or meet all qualifications for traineeship or temporary license in the state of current practice)
- BLS Basic Life Support (required within 30 days for RSFH)
- Experience: 2 years of experience in equivalent setting (preferred)
