Job Summary
PRN Physical Therapist evaluates and treats residents to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Develops and implements personalized treatment plans, provides manual therapy and training on assistive devices, documents evaluations and progress, collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, and educates residents and families on therapy goals and strategies for continued improvement. Must hold a Physical Therapy degree and a Colorado license, with flexible PRN scheduling and opportunity to work in a trusted senior living community.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Colorado
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred
