Job Summary
Evaluate and treat residents to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence; develop personalized treatment plans; provide therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy, and training on assistive devices; monitor progress and adjust plans; collaborate with interdisciplinary team; educate residents and families on therapy goals, exercises, and strategies for continued improvement; document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge plans in compliance with regulatory and facility standards; participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the rehabilitation department’s success.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Colorado
