Job Summary
PRN Physical Therapist (PT) at a Skilled Nursing Facility. Evaluate and treat residents to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence; develop and implement personalized treatment plans; provide therapeutic interventions (exercises, manual therapy, training on assistive devices); document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and educate residents and families on therapy goals and strategies. Requires doctorate or PT degree and Colorado license; PRN scheduling with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Colorado
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings is preferred
