Job Summary
PRN Physical Therapist provides evaluations and treats residents to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence in a skilled nursing facility. Develops and implements personalized treatment plans, delivers therapeutic interventions including exercises and manual therapy, and educates residents and families. Documents evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge plans in compliance with regulatory and facility standards. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, participates in quality improvement initiatives, and adapts to a flexible PRN schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Colorado
