Job Summary
Evaluates patients regarding the application of a wide variety of therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation of physical and developmental disorders. Performs physical therapy with detailed knowledge of what and how work is performed, interprets data, and coordinates with multiple disciplines to meet rehabilitation goals. Oversees a comprehensive rehabilitation program aimed at improving physical function, psychosocial well-being, and independence, while promoting self-determination and optimal use of outside resources. Positions may include inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, community-based care, and home health settings. Requires basic computer skills, understanding of relevant regulations, and the ability to discharge goals and coordinate care; patient advocacy is emphasized. Education requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with Doctorate of Physical Therapy preferred; role anticipates specific responsibilities across various care settings.
Required Qualifications

- Less than one year experience in physical therapy
