Physical Therapist PRN Plan 1

Assess patients, identify acuity levels, and plan treatment programs to achieve functional outcomes for individuals limited by physical injury, illness, cognitive impairment, or psychosocial dysfunction. Implement and direct the treatment program while providing purposeful practice of activities to maximize independence and maintain health. Requires a Florida Physical Therapist license, BLS certification, and EMR experience. Background screening through The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse is mandatory.
