Physical Therapist PRN Plan 1

Provide purposeful practice of activities or interventions to achieve functional outcomes for patients limited by physical injury, illness, cognitive impairment, or developmental disabilities. Assess patients, identify acuity levels, and plan and direct individualized treatment programs to maximize independence and health maintenance. Requires Florida Physical Therapist licensure, Basic Life Support certification, and EMR experience. Background screening through The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse is mandatory for all staff providing care to vulnerable populations.
