Physical Therapist PRN Plan 1 (Inpatient Rehab)

Provide purposeful practice of activities or interventions to achieve functional outcomes, maximizing patient independence and health maintenance for individuals limited by physical injury, illness, cognitive impairment, or psychosocial dysfunction. Assess patients, identify the level of acuity of illness, and plan and direct their treatment programs. Requires a Florida Physical Therapist license and Basic Life Support certification. Background screening through The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse is mandatory.
