Job Summary
Implement residents' personal care plans while supporting their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. Focus on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines to provide comfort, companionship, and belonging. Complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements. Work within an interdisciplinary clinical team to address care needs throughout the continuum. This role is available on a PRN/per diem basis at Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current state Physical Therapy license
- Degree and training meeting current Medicare and state requirements
- Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups
