Job Summary
Implement residents' personal care plans while addressing their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. Focus on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines to provide comfort, companionship, and belonging. Complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements. Support the interdisciplinary clinical team in ensuring resident needs are addressed throughout their care continuum. This role is available PRN/Per Diem at Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, offering onsite physicians, medical centers, and continuing education assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current state Physical Therapy license
- Degree and training meeting current Medicare and state requirements
- Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups
