Physical Therapist (PRN)

Restore patient mobility, function, and independence through individualized treatment plans and personalized Plans of Treatment. Assess and evaluate residents' conditions, interpreting test results to adjust therapy plans, while administering therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and prosthetic or orthotic device evaluations. Communicate progress and care plans with residents, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all therapy services. This role is part of Pennswood Village's in-house therapy team in Newtown, PA, focusing on helping residents improve function, independence, and quality of life.
