Job Summary
Provide inclusive, hands-on care in outpatient clinics across Westside, Central, and South Jacksonville. Evaluate patients to develop personalized plans of care while leveraging tech tools and outcome data to guide clinical decisions. Clearly document evaluations and treatments and collaborate with teammates to grow clinic culture. This role offers flexible schedules including early, late, or condensed weeks with competitive pay and up to $10,000 sign-on bonus. Candidates need a CAPTE-accredited degree and PT licensure, with new grads welcome. Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
