PHYSICAL THERAPIST - PRN or Full Time

Plan and administer physical therapy treatment programs to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. Responsibilities include performing initial and ongoing patient assessments, establishing and revising care plans with patient/family involvement, delivering or delegating therapy (therapeutic exercise, gait training, functional activities, pain management, physical agents, hydrotherapy, group therapies), maintaining accurate documentation and billing, updating treatment plans as needed, guiding patient/caregiver education for discharge, and collaborating with lead therapist/director. Preference for experience in inpatient, inpatient rehab, and outpatient settings; Wisconsin PT license and CPR required.
