Physical Therapist / PRN

Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments, conduct individual therapy regimens, and monitor responses to treatment while modifying plans as needed. Set goals and develop treatment plans, teach and counsel patients and families, and participate in discharge planning including placement, education, and adaptive equipment coordination. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and students, promote continuous quality improvement, and complete documentation per department policies. Collaborate to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs while engaging in continuing education seminars.
