Physical Therapist / PRN

Conduct individual patient therapy regimens and perform initial, ongoing systematic assessments for chronic and critically ill patients. Develop treatment plans, set goals, and teach patients and families while monitoring responses to modify care as needed. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and PT students, participate in discharge planning including adaptive equipment education, and promote continuous quality improvement. Complete appropriate documentation per department policies and engage in continuing education seminars.
