Job Summary
Evaluate patients, establish functional treatment plans, and progress therapy goals while documenting all care in real-time using Generative AI Documentation Scribe. Manage discharge summaries, maintain physician communication, and supervise rehabilitation aides and PTAs as needed. Build professional relationships with referral sources including physicians, PAs, and case managers to drive patient outcomes. Participate in community services such as health fairs, orthopedic presentations, and complimentary screenings. Accompany patients to physician visits and complete all compliance standards while maintaining state licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current Professional licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Current CPR Certification
- Ability to read, write/type and speak English proficiently
- Ability to see at close range, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Ability to speak and understand
- Ability to fulfill any office activities normally expected in an office setting, to include, but not limited to: remaining seated for periods of time to perform computer based work, participating in filing activity, lifting and carrying office supplies (paper reams, mail, etc.)
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to feel, and reach with hand and arms
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20‐25 pounds
- Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding)
- Maintain state license
- Complete all compliance standards as requested
